Judson Pankey
Chief Executive Officer
Judson "Jud" Pankey founded Prescott Group in 1996. As the chief executive officer, he is responsible for directing operating strategy, client and investor relations and capital market initiatives. Prior to Prescott, Jud was the executive vice president at SCI-Roev Realty Group, where he was responsible for the asset management of a $120 million investment portfolio comprising of 1.8 million square feet as well as several undeveloped sites in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston. He has also created or served on the board of several special projects, including the Transit Oriented Development Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District, Central Dallas Association, the City Center TIF District, Downtown Dallas Improvement District, Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. (DFWI), Vickery Meadow Improvement District (VMID), West End Association, Uptown Public Improvement District (UPID), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Dallas Assembly, The Real Estate Council and Thanks-Giving Square.

Vance Detwiler
President
Vance Detwiler joined Prescott Group in 1997 and is a principal of the firm. He is responsible for day-to-day management of the firm, acquisition and disposition processes, as well as the firm's leasing activity. Vance’s skilled management has yielded successful negotiations of more than 5 million square feet of leasing space and the completion of 25 acquisitions and developments totaling more than 4 million square feet and 2,000 multifamily units. Prior to joining Prescott, Vance worked for Sarofim Realty Advisors, where he analyzed and underwrote office and retail property acquisitions valued in excess of $2.5 billion and totaling more than 12 million square feet on behalf of the firm's pension fund clients. Vance is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, The Real Estate Council (TREC), TREC Political Action Committee board and the Oak Lawn Committee among others.

Steven Abney
Chief Financial Officer
Steven Abney joined Prescott Group in 2008 and currently serves as the firm's chief financial officer (CFO). He is a certified public accountant with more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As CFO, Abney oversees the company's finance and accounting, banking, treasury and risk management functions. Prior to joining Prescott, Steve served as the CFO for various companies, including Dallas-based American Realty Investors, Inc. and its privately owned advisor, Prime Income Asset Management, as well as Konover and Associates. He also held the positions of chief accounting officer for CRT Properties, and senior financial positions with Lincoln Property Company and Archstone Smith Trusts.

Jori O'Neal
Founder & Director
Jori O'Neal co-founded Dyck-O’Neal in 1988 with Gary Dyck after recognizing a need in the industry. Since 1988 the company has grown into a widely successful and well-respected loan recovery company. Dyck-O’Neal’s portfolio of loans includes first and second lien mortgage notes, foreclosure judgments, and promissory notes. Clients include major banks, mortgage companies, credit unions, government-sponsored entities, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Jori supervises the collection and support staff to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Her duties also include reviewing accounts for litigation and/or foreclosure and analyzing settlement agreements. She attends industry-sponsored conventions and routinely interacts with prospective and current clients. Jori works alongside senior management on all aspects of collection, compliance and routine day-to-day business practices.

Senior Managing Director
Gerald Casey joined Dyck-O’Neal in 2018. He brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services as a fixed income, residential mortgage trading and technology to the firm. Prior to joining the team, Gerald served as a managing director for LoanScorecard/Calyx Technologies, where he was responsible for developing and executing strategies to help maximize revenues of non-agency mortgage capital market participants and investors. Prior to LoanScorecard/Calyx Technologies, he served Hudson Advisors/ Lone Star Funds as managing director and Westport Capital Partners as a portfolio manager, a principal at The Winter Group and director of fixed income trading and chief technology officer at Beacon Hill Asset Management. Brian Leslie
Senior Managing Director
Brian joined Prescott Group in 2002. He is responsible for asset management, development management, acquisitions, public-private partnerships and dispositions. During his tenure at Prescott, he has successfully led and managed the assemblage of a 20-acre urban area for redevelopment into a mixed-use, transit-oriented master plan, served as the development manager for the renovation and redevelopment of a historic hotel, and was responsible for the repositioning of office assets among other initiatives. He has used his leadership on special projects such as the successful registration of a historic hotel on the National Register of Historic Places and worked with the city of Dallas to create one of the first Transit Oriented Development Tax Increment Financing Districts.

Mary Resch
Chief Operating Officer
Mary Resch joined Dyck-O’Neal in 1991 and is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the company. She currently serves as a member of the board of directors and a member of the Compliance Committee. Mary is an accountant, licensed Texas attorney, and software developer. She developed many of the company’s proprietary IT systems, which are in place today. She has also litigated many Texas claims on behalf of the company. Prior to joining the company, Mary worked in the legal department at Guaranty Federal Bank in Dallas and served as a financial analyst for Texas Instruments at its offices in Massachusetts, Tennessee and Dallas.

Sandra Wilson joined Prescott Group in 2023 as the Senior Director of Accounting, bringing with her over 30 years of commercial real estate accounting experience. Sandy oversees all investment-level and fund-level financial reporting and manages Prescott’s relationships with our third-party fund administrator and external audit firms. Joseph Mount
Controller, Dyck O'Neal
Joseph Mount joined Dyck O’Neal in 2019 and currently serves as the firm’s Controller. Along with being a certified public accountant, he has experience in the insurance industry, including service warranty as well as over seven years in the loan industry. As Controller, Mount manages the accounting process including budgeting and financial reporting while maintaining proper levels of controls. Prior to joining the team, Joseph helped adopt new standards related to ASC 606 (revenue recognition) while also correcting federal income tax issues resulting in large refunds. In addition, Joseph helped transition a top 100 loan originator’s mortgage accounting department from California to Texas while managing the transition of bringing the loan servicing in-house and getting the accounting process set up for a $10 billion servicing portfolio. Assistant Controller

Blake Latson
Director, Acquisitions
Blake Latson spearheads Dyck-O’Neal’s loan acquisition efforts. He is responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence teams and modeling investment structure characteristics. Blake has over 20 years of corporate and commercial finance experience. He was previously vice president within the banking operations group at Beal Service Corp, the operating company for Beal Bank and its affiliates. He also served as vice president at CSG Investments, Inc., the investment advisor and lending origination unit of Beal Bank and its affiliates. While with Beal, Blake conducted due diligence on both primary and secondary debt market opportunities exceeding $1 billion in value. Prior to Beal, Blake served as an investment banker with Southwest Securities, Inc., covering both public and privately-held middle-market companies in the specialty retail, interactive entertainment, consumer product, and oil and gas industries. Blake began his career with the J.C. Penney Company, Inc., where for five years he held a variety of treasury roles, including corporate finance and pension fund investment management. Wes O’Quinn joined Prescott Group in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s investments in the Eastern US, including acquisition, development, asset management and disposition of both real property and debt.
Wes brings over fifteen years of acquisition and asset management experience to Prescott Group, having been involved in over $2.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout his career. He comes to Prescott Group from New Bridge Capital Advisors, LLC where he was a founding principal. At NBC, Wes oversaw the firm's capital markets activities including coordinating acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and debt financing, as well as the asset management of its 800.000 square foot portfolio of assets located throughout the Southeastern US. Prior to founding NBC, Wes was Director of Asset Management for OakPoint Real Estate in Nashville, TN where he built the firm's asset management platform, establishing the processes and managing all aspects of OakPoint's 2M square foot portfolio from acquisition handoff to ultimate disposition. Prior to his time at OakPoint, Wes was the Director of Acquisitions for sister companies Allegiance Realty and Maplewood Healthcare where he acquired or developed over 1.5M square feet of office, hospitality and medical real estate in markets throughout the US. Wes also spent time at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital where he managed a portfolio of approximately 340 loans with a total balance over $1.65B.

Nancy has been a property manager for over 12 years. In a previous position with PM Realty Group, she managed operations for a 500,000 square foot Class A high-rise. Prior work included identifying and managing all TI construction & CAPX projects while working at REGIS, and directing building operations for Class A retail/office assets totaling nearly 1.4 million square feet while working at Billingsley Property Services.
Most recently, she was with Crescent Property Services, where she worked closely with the Landmark Historical Society and managed operations for 5 historical buildings in downtown Dallas. Her management experience at Crescent included heavy building improvement jobs and heavy tenant improvement jobs. Nancy also worked at the Holocaust Museum managing events and tour traffic.

Andrew Montemayor joined Prescott Group in 2021. As an Acquisitions Manager he works closely with the leads of both debt and commercial property acquisitions along with company leadership in the management of sourcing and researching debt. Andrew’s focus is on the sourcing of leads for sub-performing, non-performing, CMBS pools, and REO loans collateralized by residential and all commercial real estate types. Prior to joining Prescott, Andrew worked at Goldman Sachs as part of the CRE Warehouse Financing Asset Management team. While at Goldman, Andrew asset managed Goldman’s CRE repo lines with public/private mortgage REITs and debt funds. Will Guerriero

Will joined Prescott Group in 2021. He is the Portfolio Manager and assists each of Prescott Advisor’s funds. Additionally, Will supports the corporate finance team with the quarterly reporting process and management of the 3rd party administrator. Will joined Prescott with four years of commercial real estate experience for multiple firms and has served as an analyst in both debt and equity capacities. Prior to Prescott, Will served as a senior analyst for Gemini Rosemont, a national owner/operator and investment manager of Class A office assets in several markets. Jesse Wang

Jesse Wang joined Prescott Group in 2020, bringing over eight years of experience in both debt and equity-side commercial real estate. Andrés Bu Soto

In Memoriam (1971-2024)
We are deeply saddened as Mary Heard, Lease Administrator, colleague, and friend, unexpectedly passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024.
Mary joined the Prescott Group team in 2021 for the newly created role of Lease Administrator. In this role she was responsible for the day-to-day functions of lease administration which included working with the property and accounting teams, entering leases, reviewing recurring charges to ensure accuracy, rent escalations, and tracking/monitoring critical lease dates. Mary was also an accountant with more than 26 years of experience and 20 of those in the real estate industry.

Kathryn Adams
Executive Assistant
Kathryn Adams joined Prescott Group as an Executive Assistant in 2023. She supports the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Director of Acquisitions. She also supports the Director of Operations and Culture to help ensure an efficient work environment for all members of the corporate team. Kathryn brings with her over eight years of administrative experience. She was previously with the North Texas Small Business Development Center where she supported the Executive Director and Associate Director.

Taylor Floyd
Accounts Payable Specialist
Taylor Floyd joined Prescott Group in 2021. She is currently the Accounts Payable Specialist supporting the Property Management and Property Accounting teams. Taylor works to ensure that all payments are processed accurately and efficiently. She brings with her seven years of accounting experience and five years of commercial property management experience. Prior to Prescott, Taylor worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in Uptown Dallas.

Amit Kaluskar
Consultant
Amit Kaluskar has worked with Prescott since 2004. He has over 18 years of experience working in the finance sector of the real estate/hospitality field as it relates to office, retail and multi-family acquisitions/asset management and real estate and hospitality development. Mr. Kaluskar has been a financial consultant for numerous investment companies focusing on project budgeting, asset management, due diligence, investor reporting equity and debt procurement on over $3.0 billion of successful real estate related projects. His current clients include Prescott Group, Macfarlan Capital Partners, Madison Marquette and Sentinel Group. Notable recent transactions that Mr. Kaluskar has worked on include the acquisition and sale of the 800,000 square foot Midtown Towers in Atlanta, Georgia, underwriting the acquisition of the 100,000 square foot One West 7th property in Fort Worth as well as the financial analysis for a 500,000 square foot mixed-use development in Austin, Texas.
Previously, Kaluskar worked in the Dallas office of Forest City Enterprises’ Residential Division as a Senior Development Associate and worked on the Mercantile on Main, a $140 MM adaptive re-use project. Other projects at Forest City included the acquisition of the 140-unit Wilson Building in downtown Dallas as well as the renovation of the Continental Building into a 200-unit adaptive re-use apartment complex. Kaluskar has also worked at Prescott Realty Group where his primary responsibilities include extensive market research, project budgeting, due diligence coordination, financial analysis and underwriting for development properties, existing assets and potential acquisitions. Some of the projects Kaluskar worked on while at Prescott included the rehab of the historic 150-room Stoneleigh Hotel, the $200 million University Cross project located adjacent to Mockingbird Station. and the $80 MM acquisition of the mixed-use development known as Lake Highlands Town Center. Kaluskar was also a minority partner PARK Restaurant and Bar Celine where his responsibilities included managing the project construction budget, monitoring the weekly profit and loss statements, cash management controls and managing investor distributions. Kaluskar graduated from Southern Methodist University where he studied Economics and Political Science.

Jennifer Webb

Jennifer Webb joined Rock Harbor Marine in August 2013 as the Parts and Service Manager. She has been in the marine industry for 31 years. Prior to joining Rock Harbor Marine she worked for a yacht dealership in every aspect of the marine sales and service positions.
Kayla Caruthers
Marina Office Manager
Kayla Caruthers joined Rock Harbor Marine in September of 2021 as the Marina Office Manager. She provides quality services for the tenants and boating community on a day to day basis. Kayla is responsible for ensuring all slip customers maintain the requirements for docking at the marina. She delivers excellent customer service and is a key factor in helping maintain a successful operation at the marina.

Matt Lee
Harbor Master
Matt Lee joined Rock Harbor Marine in 2022 as the Harbormaster. He manages the dock and fuel operations, including liveaboards, retail offerings, annual slip contracts and transient guests. Some of his other responsibilities include consistently seeking out value-add opportunities with marina operations, building vendor and contractor relationships, assisting with design and construction management for capital improvements, and improving and ensuring an above-average customer experience at the marina. He also works closely with the GM in developing the marina’s annual operating budget and successful implementation of the business plan.
He started his Marina Management and Development career in Knoxville, TN, then moved to Austin, TX to assist a Marina Group in the expansion and upgrade of both their onshore facilities and new docks.

Karl Thomas
Technician
Karl Thomas started his marine industry journey working on a tug boat in Louisiana. He worked at Sea Ray manufacturing plant for 10 years before moving over to the service side. His skills are wide ranged working from gel coat repair to engine diagnostic. He also installs all of the electronics from depth finders to a full sonar based system.
Nathan Casey
Technician
Nathan Casey is from Harrison, Tennessee close to Chattanooga. He started in the marine industry at 18 painting boat bottoms. He attended several schools including Mercrusier and Volvo engine certification classes. He moved to Nashville in 2002 and started at Rock Harbor Marine in 2006. Nathan works on everything from a 9hp engine to a 2 million dollar boat.
Paul Mackender
Technician
Paul Mackender arrived in Nashville from London England in 1977. He started working on vintage wood boats at a small marine shop in Nashville. In 1982 he started working at Rock Harbor Marine. His talent brings life back to the older generation of boats. Paul also works with bottom pain and fiberglass repair.
Jade Doan
Marine Technician
Jade Doan joined Rock Harbor Marine in 2023 as a Marine Technician. He is a graduate of Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando, Florida as a certified Marine Technician. He is excited about his new career in the Marine industry as a lifelong boater. He is a retired Army veteran of 10 years and is married with two children.
