The Shelby is a transit-oriented mixed-use development located near Southern Methodist University. The 55 multi-family residential units were developed as apartments and are now being sold as an exclusive boutique condominium. In addition to the multi-family units, the Twisted Root Burger Company ground floor retail use has become a staple in the neighborhood. The podium design consists of basement parking, ground level parking, ground level retail and four levels of multi-family units on top of the parking garage podium.
