The BLVD is a 417 unit and 9,100 square-foot retail mixed-use urban infill development. The BLVD is the catalyst project in the Transit-Oriented Tax Increment Financing District (TOD-TIF) and the University Crossing Public Improvement District (PID). The development covers an assemblage of five parcels, and is strategically located between Southern Methodist University and Greenville Avenue. The podium design consists of basement parking, ground level parking, ground level retail and four levels of multifamily units on top of the parking garage podium. The property was solenoid and renamed to Mockingbird Flats.
