Crestwood Place Apartments is a multi-family, 114-unit asset of one and two-bedroom residences near Downtown Fort Worth. Prescott acquired the development in 2007 with the intent to raise the existing development and build an infill single-family development. Due to shifting market conditions, Prescott reformatted this strategy to remain a multi-family development. Prescott improved and managed the development until it was sold in 2012.
