Developed as a build-to-suit in 2005, 6080 North Central Expressway is a 4 story urban infill office building and parking structure in Dallas. Prescott developed the asset for a tenant that needed to expand but wanted to remain in the neighborhood and have access to the DART light rail. The 45,817 RSF building was built on the ground floor with three levels of structure parking above to accommodate the new development and the surface parking that was displaced with the development. The asset was also built with the ability to add future levels of parking which was done in 2018 by the subsequent owner.
